RMA
Unused merchandise may be returned for credit or exchanged within 30 days after the date of shipment. All returns need to be accompanied by an RMA # which is available by calling, faxing or emailing Rostro International's Customer Service department. A 15% restocking fee will apply to merchandise returned after 30 days. NO RETURNS will be accepted on used, damaged, blemished, custom made, custom etched, discontinued or altered products unless otherwise noted on invoice.
